Astrophotography
Most of these photos are taken over the course of a night with a DSLR and tracking mount to follow the night sky. Multiple long exposures of the same section of sky are taken and then their data is stacked and processed to reveal the light from stars, nebula, and other deep space objects. Each image of the deep night sky is the combination of many similar data sets coming together to show things we can’t observe with just our eyes.
